Re: Review: SuperStation One - This $210 FPGA PlayStation Puts Sony's PS Classic To Shame

@Exerion76 good to know, because I ordered mine weeks ago without a fan. Now I have to look for a local alternative in case that it overheats in Summer (If it arrives then as planned).

My plan is to use it as a 16-bit/PlayStation /Saturn all-in-one machine. I was thinking about updating my Mega Everdrive X7 to a Pro, but for 20€ more I decided that the SS1 was the cheapest/convenient way to play Mega-CD games.

In a normal world, people would wait for the product to be released, check some reviews and the buy it or not. Nowadays you have a mix of preorders, FOMO, hype and expectations above reality. Add to this the thousands of YouTubers leeching off the work of others to make money with some doomposting .

Nothing good can come from this.

Re: Have You Checked On Your Wii U GamePad Battery Recently?

Nintendo should be blamed for this: the gamepad constantly drains battery until it is empty and this finally damages the battery. Lithium batteries should be stored with at least 50% of its load. The same will happen with the Switch controllers in some years. I will be able to play with my Nintendo DS many years after my Switch has died long before. ..

We call the 80s in Spain the golden era of Spanish gaming. From the cover art to the games themselves were fascinating Times. For artwork, just check Alfonso Azpiri works. Opera Soft and "The Abbey of Crime" was a milestone that led years later to the well-known Commandos series!

Another funny thing is Anime. Americans almost ignored it until the 00s. In spain we were watching anime series since the end of the 70s!
