@PKDuckman Most likely lost media now. Considering how good devs/pubs were about on preserving source code/assets for their finished/abndoned projects.

@Exerion76 one of the first thing that comes to my mind is just porting it natively to other hardware without the need of a emulator. Then ofcourse allowing modifications at the core level of the game.

I honestly just hate these type of "products" or "mods", whatever you call them. Theae are just a waste of resource, for nothing but a few internet points and some money that people with too much of it who might buy this. You're just wasting a functional console to remove most of it's functionality just to put in a "shiny" case. You still need the rest of the stuff to play games on it, if they were going for a handheld conversion then I'd understand but even then battery backuo becomes a huge issue.

These products/mods just scream "I have the knowledge and free time to make something cool but I'll just make this useless neutered console thingy instead".

Reminder this is also the guy who goes after other modders claiming "they stole my work", where the work is just a ***** function of four lines worth of code that just can't be written in any other way to do a certain thing. Not to mention that code existed in the original MS Xbox Bios.

I have 15+ GBs of images and videos show casing Palestinians and their childreb literally being murdered, raped, some even executed close range while the "soldeirs" laugh and cheer, they literally have a song called "may your village burn" ffs. But I don't have a single photo or video of any child being harmed or muredered by Palestinians or Hamas except by the Hannibal Directive that Isnotreal used on it's own "citizens". But yeah "arabs are terrorists".

So the game was like 80% complete? What a waste of human effort.

This would've been better with a colored e-ink display and a battery in it, so that when you turn off the console the image/label would stay on the cart for a good while so you know what game you played last time.

I liked both Dark Alliance, wishes they had slightly deeper combat but gave them a pass for being from the time they were made in. Would definitely give this a try now, alongside Champions of Norrath that I've been wanting to play for quite a while now.

@no_donatello A belt swap is easy and replacing bulging caps is a tad bit hard if you're soldering for the first time. If you are soldering for the first time then please do practice first on practice boards also 1.0-1.5 revs of OGBoxes have a leaky clock cap that can kill the console.

Why do these movies no longer feel and look like movies? These look like they're shot through a iphone by a bunch of college students and most of the actors look like they're cosplayers, cosplaying SF characters.

120hz also feels like a waste as most of the games that one would enjoy on these would be old 4:3 games from 5th and 6th gen, which were tied to 30/60 FPS locks, and like 99% of them don't have a patch to have uncapped framerates.

Breakdown or beatdown was it called? Namco did try it and failed of course.
