I didn't know this game originated on mobile phones in general! I played the mess out of it on the iPhone when it came out. I keep an old iPhone running iOS 10 so I can play all of the Cave shooters they won't port over to 64 bit iOS. I really hope for a rerelease on modern consoles, or even just for them to bring them back to modern iOS. This, and the other Mushihimesama games are overdue for rerelease!

So far, I'm loving this game on Switch! If I had one thing I'd like to see, it'd be Switch 2 mouse support, or just Switch 2 enhancements in general to match the other consoles. The game has USB mouse support, but doesn't work with the Joy-Con 2. Hopefully that'll change, but then again, motion controls are just fine. This is simply me being picky. The game is great regardless.

I don't fully trust this controller until I see a review. I installed 8bitdo's hall effect joystick on a N64 controller, and the accuracy is completely off, unfortunately. Doesn't have the same throw and distance. (not sure if those are official terms, but that's the only way I can explain it.)
The joystick on this controller looks similar to their hall effect one, so I'm going to wait on a review to see how close it ends up feeling to other people.

@snk2d4life The problem would be getting everyone off of the track after the huge collisions! You'd get one good pile-up and then like, 45 minutes of cleanup.

I think for Monaco –which is too small of a track for the bigger F1 cars nowadays– should switch to go-karts. Items on would be an absolute plus. Pretty sure all of the drivers would have a blast, and I'm sure it'll make for a much more action-packed race!

This is actually extremely awesome. I wish my Analogue Pocket could do that!

John Madden Football 92 for the Sega Genesis.

I actually really like this Bomberman game. It's been a while since the soundtrack of a Bomberman game captivated me, and the one on this one was pretty awesome, though a different type of awesome than the Jun Chikuma soundtracks of the past. It had a LOT going on in the background, which was cool, and also very distracting at the same time. I'm sad to see it go because I can't get it anywhere else. I mean, at least release it on Switch!
This makes 2 Apple Arcade games that I liked that vanished completely without any other way to get it, with the other one being Oceanhorn Chronos Dungeon. They need to at least release it on the App Store to purchase or something.

As someone who's about to move, probably into someplace less than half the size of the current living situation, I'm looking very forward to this. I have a 19" CRT that has been doing God's work, but it's almost guaranteed I won't be able to use it. The only system hooked up to it is N64 anyway, so this is the absolute fix I need.
Also, I love my Analogue Pocket. Sleep mode is a game changer for me.

@mandlecreed The soundtrack is absolutely incredible, and is one of my favorite soundtracks of all time. Due to the series, and especially Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, it really kick started my love of traditional Japanese culture and traditional Japanese music. Still my favorite N64 game to this day, and that's a pretty big statement!

I never played Centipede and the Lords of Midnight. The third game in the series gets a pretty bad ass subtitle!

..I know this is two different games, but the way the post title made it look is pretty darn cool.

Yet another "corporation try not to be evil" challenge has failed. 2024 certainly keeps on sucking.

I would expect nothing less from the company that, when I worked for them (GameStop), a district manager came into our store and yelled at all of us, pointing at each of us individually and said "you, you, and you, are all expendable." Great morale boost..

This series is the reason why I go to the gym. My friends and I refer to our goals as getting "Cho-Aniki swole," which I have not achieved yet, nor probably ever will, but it's great motivation.

Saw that Analogue was making this and thought "OH MAN.. now I need another one..."

Then I saw that price and I sobered up fast!

I'd trust the new Joanna Dark with my life. She doesn't look like she's here to play.

@Poodlestargenerica I was going to wait to get this game, but after knowing all of this, I'm expediting it's purchase!

I played a little bit of the ROM and was pleasantly surprised. It was good enough that I spent probably too much on a cart from the Netherlands. I'm looking forward to playing it through though!
