I'm on a news site for games, I want to be informed of the subject and culture we are enthusiast of, for better or worse. These games and companies don't come out from no where and to brush out these controversial figureheads and said companies just to protect the purity of the hobby, because your tired of the "outside world", you're all delusional in that belief and should not be visiting this site if that is the case so you won't be upset.

@jamess Who makes the games though? You just can't separate people that make the product and just talk about games lol. You're telling me to ignore the people that make it and talk about what, stage 5 or graphics?

The same guy that made huge waves a decade ago, put VR on the map with Oculus Rift headset and had been all over the videogame and social media news since he sold his company to Facebook and his fallout with said company right after.

Palmer is a danger to society with his military arms company that uses AI and robotics along with his neo-conservative views throughout the years that stir many people the wrong way. But lets put our head in the sand so we can still enjoy our "safe space", to play retro games on a less superior Game Boy emulator system compared to the Analog Pocket.

What a huge loss for his family, friends, fans and supporters. Love his videos and anecdotes. Damn, I'm gutted just learning he is not with us anymore. You will be missed and remembered Pat. RIP

Just an fyi, this "system" is not upgradeable to add other games besides what was aforementioned per this company. So if your happy paying for a kickstarter just for this setup and games. I guess that alright but investing in a lightgun setup akin to the Sinden, is a much better investment imho

We are living in the wild west of AI and its gonna be a bumpy ride to get a handle on it. Appreciate the article stating the pains and reality of what AI can do already, for better or worse.

To this day, I still listen to the intro for Soul Blade. Still in awe of one of my favorite intros after first playing this game on the Playstation when it came out. Rest in peace Masahiro Ohki, your music still lives on.
