Heard somewhere that in Japan, sakura wars merchandise is second only to sonic for sega.

I do know the 2020 reboot was looked upon as a disappointment in sales but it would be great if they re-released the original ones with English translations.

Doesn't sound like Piko owns all of the Gaelco library. I know besides these titles they also got Alligator Hunt but unsure if there are others, Gaelco is still an active business company btw, just not making video games anymore by the looks of things.

@speedyb sounds like they will be releasing One at some point, they just announced it far too early (they did the same thing with breakers and rage of the dragons)

I really am surprised that City Connection hasn't released the trilogy in a set with both jap and us versions of the games.

Kinda susprised they axed them since the original pit fighter was popular in every arcade I saw it released in, I mean this came out right when van damme's early films were making loads on vhs.
Then again it really was a bad game and assuming all the home ports didn't sell well (can't think of any positive reviews from the gaming mags)
I mean the middle aged of us still mock it when discussing great fighting games.

Well in regards to archives release I put money that the next collection will be a final fight one.
It also funny that with the new popularity of beat em ups that they are the only one with a iconic beat em up ip that hasn't done a new game in the franchise.

Ace attorney I'm susprised (or to be more accurate shouldn't be) that they stopped making them (although I really didn't like the ancestor ones). I thought merchandise/media spinoffs from the games still did well enough to justify making one every couple of years.

With these failed consoles I would love it if they had a game compilation plus documentary release on modern consoles. No I don't think they all had a tempest 2000 quality game on them (although I've heard the zeeboo's double dragon remake is quite good) but it would still be nice to try something different.

@PKDuckman I wouldn't also be surprised if many of their digital retro releases as well that havent sold too great, their irem collections and especially Osman were overpriced compared to other independent companies retro re-releases.

I think everyone but Konami wants to see snatcher rereleased

Because speaking as a uk citizen and talking to my friends living in Russia the answer is no, more people aren't being sent to prison in uk then russia.
Or to be more accurate yeah more people in uk have been sent to prison for fb posts then Russia is because FACEBOOK IS BANNED IN RUSSIA! To stop people from hearing the news about what's really going on with the invasion, where with the Russian equivalents like VK it's easier to keep track of what people say.
Wherever you are getting your news from it's deliberately twisting facts to suit their propaganda.
You really need to ask yourself why does the rest of the world distrust Trump as much as Putin? Have u ever seen someone in a bad relationship and they couldn't see it themselves?

@scollurio no Europe does not want ww3 the difference is that Europe has delt with Putin's bs before and like Zelensky tried to warn Trump. Instead Trump being either a) gullable or b) just pretending he's trying to sort it out is sucking up to Putin believing that he really wants to end the war, when like last night it's nothing more then a stalling tactic.

Like with half of Russia, the rest of the world doesn't understand how half of America cannot see how blatantly they're being played.
