Ha! I got a substack or whatever it's called just to follow him months ago, I love behind the scenes hidden and leftover things in games, and most of the time it isn't stuff already in TCRF. Highly recommend anyone interested in that to do the same, nice short regular blog posts.
This is very sad. I've just come across this article and I didn't realize it was a print magazine in the UK - will be subscribing shortly. Just a horrifying age to go.
I've recently discovered Retroachievements and it's breathed new life into my gaming! I've made a list of the classics from my childhood and mastered a Pokémon Blue, now I'm alternating between a few games depending where I'm playing and how - handheld I'm doing Bomberman Hero, Pokémon Stadium, and maybe Golden Sun, and with a controller it'll be Mercenaries, True Crime: Streets of LA, WWF Here Comes the Pain and possibly Scarface.
Sony's so interested in chasing live service without realizing Dreams could have been their Roblox of the PlayStation. Will never understand their decision to abandon it.
The internet is filled with ***** children, my god. I love how people who are blatantly in the wrong like to double down - but I suppose this mirrors real life nowadays so maybe it isn't just the internet?
Didn't expect to ever hear of this game again. I think it might be the first game I've ever purchased on Steam. I was awful at it but it was actually really fun. I'm not a huge FPS person but a couple years ago I actually was hoping to try it out again and, of course, it's unplayable now.
Although that's pretty cool the fans have kept it alive! I didn't know that
@r24977 when did you go there? I've never been but it's a place I'd drive to with a friend, so I looked at the reviews off the back of your comment - they're all pretty good across a variety of sites.
@Coalescence congratulations but a lot of us kids did not know who he was. My neighbour owned this game on SNES and to this day we call him Armpit Man, because it looked like he shot his projectiles or whatever from his armpit.
I bought a New 2DS XL back in February and it's great. Small enough to actually be portable, folds over so the screens are protected, plays a ton of amazing games (and only the Vita covers most of what it doesn't). My biggest problem with the Switch was how annoying it was to carry around as a "portable" device.. with my 2DS I can easily play it while travelling.
And there are a ton of DS and 3DS gems you can't nicely play on any other system just because of the screens
I still have my first PC! My dad bought it, runs Windows 3.1 perfectly fine and the only issue is the backlight(?) on the ancient monitor is dead. But you can see the screen if you squint in a pitch black room! Pretty sure I still have some of those old games on their too, I specifically remember a Jetsons game and if you beat it you got a link to a website or something
I bought this on GameCube back in the day. I wanted to see some boobs (I was a kid) but I ended up really enjoying the actual gameplay hahaha it was a lot of fun
This is so unbelievably fake that I hope Sega sues him 🙄 the balls on some people. No corporation would ever send a letter like that, they certainly wouldn't admit wrongdoing, and they ABSOLUTELY would not blame their professional, hired companies for something this insignificant.
If anyone buys anything from this guy you're an absolute fool. Even if it's a seemingly good product, he can't be trusted. And there are many other great products out there.

Re: New Details Emerge For Cancelled Warhammer Racing Game 'Kult Of Speed'
This is actually really, really cool looking. Shame a glut of 2D titles were cancelled as 3D took off - was it for the better? I'm not so sure.

This is awesome. Wish it could happen for the Nintendo consoles, but I think maybe that's a bit too far a stretch.
