This is just expensive and it brings nothing new to the table. At that price it would be expected to contain something new, not specs like an overclocked A1200/A4000. Even the case is 3D printed, at $1000 it should at least have a case that is injection molded. Hopefully Commodore will bring something new to table next year with the Amiga, it will be interesting to see if they can either license or simply buy the rights from the current owners. I would rather see what old engineers like Dave Haynie can cook up, than buying any of those clone systems.
@boatie Mini and Maxi was never made to be a real Commodore 64, it's cheap emulation with everything that includes made purely for games. Besides both were sold for around $80-130 range. It can't be compared to the Commodore 64 Ultimate, by using FPGA replication as the logic, and all the original ports and connections it becomes much more expensive starting at $299! Just like the Spectrum Next, sales numbers is not comparable since it caters to two different markets!

Re: "Nintendo Has Made Serious Objections" - Last Ninja Collection Delayed On Consoles
I hope this collection gets a full commercial release in physical form, not just as a Kickstarter exclusive.
