@slider1983 people typically seem to try to become YouTube stars and influencers as a last resort because they're not cutout for other things. Their line of "thinking" is sometimes not thinking at all. This guy can be Exhibit A.
Why was my comment removed for being "unconstructive?" Look above. How are these constructive?
"It's not cool for him given there are hundreds of other people doing the same thing, but it's nice to remind people from time to time that these devices are illegal."
"Another vicious criminal off the streets."
"Nintendo lawyers have reached a pathetic low. They can't go after the manufacturer that made the device and committed the infringement, so they go after someone who bought the device and made a video about it."
And so many more. Pick and choose moderators are stupid.
@DanijoEX-The-Kumiho yeah preservation isn't innocent in a lot of case. In this case, the clown was trying to make a lot of money, and in doing so, may have lost all of these games for good.
It's absolutely fascinating to get a glimpse at how others think. Good interview. As I've said elsewhere in the comments, I barely pay attention to music in video games and typically tune it out. In the past, when I was a kid, I would turn the music off because I HATED in-game music.
@DanijoEX-The-Kumiho I love music. I just don't like digital music without vocals. Some video game soundtracks are catchier than others, but I've never fallen in love with any of them.
Alwa's Awakening - The 8-Bit Edition is awesome! I’m currently stuck and unsure of where to go next, but I love playing it on my retro handhelds. I hope this game is released as a ROM as well. I play games on emulation handhelds far more than my PCs these days.
Sega is trying to be Nintendo in releasing the same rehashed stuff over and over again. Only EA and Nintendo seem to get away with this.
Comparing Sega to rock and roll is fitting because both have fallen out of popularity.
I’m honestly not sure how Sonic was ever popular. The character is kind of cool, if trying to hard, but the original Sonic the Hedgehog game was boring and that’s pretty true about every Sonic game since.

Re: YouTuber Raided For Reviewing Handheld Emulation Consoles Appears To Have Shared ROM Details
@h3s where does it end and who draws the line? Currently, I’d say it’s lawyers and the video game companies have better lawyers than we do.
Re: YouTuber Raided For Reviewing Handheld Emulation Consoles Appears To Have Shared ROM Details
People seem to be forgetting some emulators CAN be illegal because if they are bypassing encryption.
Re: YouTuber Raided For Reviewing Handheld Emulation Consoles Appears To Have Shared ROM Details
@segasteve and you're going to be the first guy to call them when somebody kicks your butt and then cry they didn't arrive fast enough.
Re: "Looks Like They've Done A Great Job On It" - Former Donkey Kong Country Artists React To Bananza On Switch 2
@retrophilion oh yes, I have seen that on line, but know nothing about it. I'll read up on it. Thanks for the info.
Re: YouTuber Raided For Reviewing Handheld Emulation Consoles Appears To Have Shared ROM Details
@slider1983 ah. Well that can be learned if you desire. Good luck with your future channel!
Re: "Looks Like They've Done A Great Job On It" - Former Donkey Kong Country Artists React To Bananza On Switch 2
@retrophilion genuine question. What the heck is a mister?
Re: YouTuber Raided For Reviewing Handheld Emulation Consoles Appears To Have Shared ROM Details
@slider1983 resources? All you need is a camera. Even an iPhone will do.

@retrophilion what are you going to do when the gaming world goes all-digital?
Re: YouTuber Raided For Reviewing Handheld Emulation Consoles Appears To Have Shared ROM Details
@slider1983 exactly my point. Telling people how to pirate is an easy way to get arrested.

In all reality, who is going to play this for more than 5 minutes for the sake of nostalgia?

It looks great, but the fps issues are concerning.

@retrophilion I doubt game key cards are going anywhere unless you go all digital so prepare for a rough-for-you future.

@mhxx thanks for the info!
Re: "Missing" Genesis Beat 'Em Up Paprium Will Soon Be Playable On Original Hardware With A Flash Cart
What “custom hardware”? Nintendo had the SuperFX chip. What did Sega have?
Re: "Missing" Genesis Beat 'Em Up Paprium Will Soon Be Playable On Original Hardware With A Flash Cart
@KingMike he obviously never found the right woman.
Re: This New ROM Hack Introduces "Revolutionary Force Feedback" To The SNES Classic Star Fox
Star Fox may have been ground-breaking in the graphics department, but the game was, and still is, extremely overrated.

Re: A Sega Mega Drive / Genesis Variant Of The Retroid Pocket Classic 6 Could Be On The Way
@silverthornne interesting. I did not know that. Thank you for the info. The blue would at least break up this otherwise boring color scheme.
Re: Sega Is Releasing An Awesome New Mega Man Collectible Figure In Japanese Arcades
@Razieluigi I've tried many Mega Man games stemming from the first on the NES and I struggle.
Re: Sega Is Releasing An Awesome New Mega Man Collectible Figure In Japanese Arcades
@Protion9 even on retro handhelds with retro shaders?
Re: A Sega Mega Drive / Genesis Variant Of The Retroid Pocket Classic 6 Could Be On The Way
@xzacutor when did the Genesis controller have a blue start button? Mine did not.
Re: A Sega Mega Drive / Genesis Variant Of The Retroid Pocket Classic 6 Could Be On The Way
Genesis version? That's really lazy.
Re: Sega Is Releasing An Awesome New Mega Man Collectible Figure In Japanese Arcades
Mega Man is such an awesome character. Too bad the games are "Nintendo hard" and too difficult to be any fun for long.
