Used to go to Birmingham often to visit the old CEX there. Fantastic place back in the day. I also remember a branch of Gamestation close by that had a floor full of retro too.

There's confusion around the dates because the Amstrad CPC 464 had a press launch on the 11th and 12th of April 1984, and went on-sale 21st June 1984, so some members of the Amstrad community consider 21st June to be the actual anniversary.

Also that's an Amstrad Plus above which was released in 1990, but I'll let that slide as it's a lovely machine which I'm happy to own.

Ghostbusters 2 for Game Boy is brilliant fun! Although I grew up with the ZX Spectrum version of Ghostbusters - complete with terrible sampled speech and the worst rendition of the Ghostbusters music ever.
