It could also be because nobody actually owns DVD as a medium unlike Blu Ray

Although the ownership of Blu Ray might change very VERY soon.

@slider1983 If you collect anime which I do and was seriously considering leaning more into after this week's events, Then a lof of shows and movies are locked to DVD and can only be watched on that format because of licensing hell or the distributor no longer existing.

Solution- Disband and destroy the ESA

@slider1983 I'm still buying DVDs and dedicated players are still being made. There is so much legacy contend on the second hand market and it's important we keep being able to watch them.

There's been a 10,000% increase in demand for new Blu Rays and DVDs plus players in the last year and that's' from a Tech radar article published a few days ago.

@Damo M2 made it for the Shottriggers Aleste collection not the Game Gear mini.

@KingMike Rondo of Blood is what got the PC Engine it's popularity in the west.

@Naeval I should mention I'm not saying their games are bad. Just they've been unknown until recently. I didn't even know they had a following in their own country either.

The controller ports in my Dreamcast don't have the strongest connections these days having something like this would be PERFECT as they'd be plugged in at all times.

The Morph 4k isn't that much more, I fully plan on getting one of those if I ever upgrade to a 4k TV. I have several consoles the tink doesn't do justice to or I can't connect to the tink because of an HDMI output.
