Taki Udon has released a memory card to complement his SuperStation One MiSTer FPGA system – and it also works on original PS1 and PS2 consoles.
The SuperStation Memory Card (or SSMC to its friends) has a built-in display for Game ID support and works with FreePSXBoot, FCMB, OPL MMCE and more. You can also use it to load ISOs from a MicroSD card in the same way the 8BitMods MemCard Pro 2 does.
Thanks to that screen, the SSMC can also run emulators, and Taki Udon has shown it playing DOOM (not the full-fat version, but DOOM all the same).
The cards are available to order today. The 'Founder's Edition' costs $25, while the 'Lite' is $20. Both are currently showing as sold out, so I assume they've not actually gone live yet.
