@metaphysician Had to look this up again. They announced last year that they have "licensing agreements" for the PC Engine version of Ys I-IV, Legend of Heroes 1&2 and Legend of Xanadu 1&2. But so far the only actual product they announced is for Legend of Heroes 1&2.

Didn't Edia announce both games for modern consoles a while ago?
Anyway, is this the same group that announced these translations about a decade ago? I know I had been waiting for them for a long time, even bought the originals in anticipation for this release. But that was ages ago.

A few of those are already on the Switch online service (and the Mega Man Legacy Collection), but the one that stands out in this list is Final Fight 3. I don't think this game was ever re-released.
Also, since weirdly Mega Man 6 is missing, so I'm guessing this isn't the full list. This would also be a chance to finally release the SFC version of Mega Man & Bass in the West.

That's nice, but I'd rather have Plok instead.

Thank you, I do indeed like shogi.

I'm confused about this article. The game on the TV is the arcade version of Ghosts'n Goblins and not Ghouls 'n Ghosts. And the label on the screenshot clearly says Ghosts 'n Goblins, not Ghouls 'n Ghosts like the article claims. So their mistake was using footage from the arcade version instead of the NES version, but the game was the right one.

Is there anything people don't whine about?

The "game's existence" was revealed in 2023, but the artwork is new.

Poor Dragon Warrior VII, always gets overlooked.
