@Serpenterror They've already said not to expect PS2/Dreamcast level games. This just seems like an expensive waste of time as an upgrade, but good for new users. As for games like Cuphead, I'd be very surprised if the console could cope with that.
@SillyG Banjo Kazooie and it's sequel are both available through the Nintendo Switch Online service. I know it's a subscription service and you don't really own them, but they're there to play if you have the service.
This looks really nice, but are a couple of sticks and a bigger screen worth a £170 upgrade from my EXP? I don't think so, personally. I'd expect it to be running PS2 and Dreamcast games for that. I can't help thinking this is a short term stop-gap until they produce something more powerful. I really like the look of it and I can't deny I want one, but not for £170 for what it does over and above my EXP. No chance.
Important to note: the Neo Geo carts don't seem to support the dip switch settings so the difficulty levels are stuck at default. The dip switch settings have made the arcade games much more accessible on Evercade so it's a shame the Neo Geo games don't support them. (And yes, if you want to master them at the default difficulty then good for you. Not for me, personally).
@RossoftheRobots I've also had several carts fail and had to send them back as well as many, many hard crashes which require a reboot of the EXP. Evercade quality just isn't where it should be.

Re: Review: Polymega GC01 Gun Controller - Is This Next-Gen Light Gun Worth The Four-Year Wait?
Wonder if it'd work with Dreamcast games. Specifically, HOTD and the sequel.

Re: "Absolutely Horrid" - Is Nintendo Switch Online's Emulation Really That Bad?
@Coalescence Eh, DKC2 has been on Switch Online for ages.
