I'm going to put my language teaching hat on here and tell you that in general, vowel sounds such as the 'a' at the end of 'Amiga', are usually a question of accent, not pronunciation, so really none are incorrect, it just depends where you're from.

You could get pedantic and say that it should be pronounced in a Spanish accent, but the fact is, it's derived from the Spanish, but in this context it's a proper noun, and no longer a Spanish word. Just in the same way as 'Wolfenstein' does not need to be pronounced in a German accent, because again, it's just a name.
