@smoreon in all honesty I'm guessing whoever showed up in that van was not supposed to have the dev kits, by DS/WII-U Sega was not new to knowing Nintendo would want their crap back. Whoever was supposed to take care of the furniture helped themselves and now Nintendo is being, well Nintendo

Take it for what it's worth but at this point I'm sure a diehard fan or more will compare this line for line, word for word and probably find more modernization
