@harcalion yeah I've heard retro games aren't very happy about the polish company apparently retro games has a limited time licence to the Atari 800xl casing design unclaimed the polish company can't use the same design as they have the rights to it in Europe
@Kenoddis retro games are already rumoured to be working on an Atari ST because a new copyright has been filed and retro games sent documents to a polish company that are trying to produce a Atari 800 clone telling them to cease and deceased and those documents also contained information regarding the Atari ST case design which they have a limited time license to use. As for the Amiga retro games are releasing the a 1200 later this year although it has been now delayed to the end of the year but Christian "Peri Fractic" Simpson who is the new owner of commodore has already stated that the copyright for the Amiga is a mess and they have already started looking into acquiring it but it seems to be a little bit splintered with hardware rights I believe are now owned by them but the software kickstart and workbench is owned by Clanto.
What I would love to see is Atari get all its IP back especially the titles thata were initially bought by midway then when they went bust taken over by Warner brothers like Gauntlet, Gauntlet 2, marble madness, 720 and the Starwars games that they released in the arcade and the 80s
