@Azathoth I never saw no Game Boy games being rented until Blockbuster started carrying Game Boy Color games and even that was for a short time around maybe a year? Helped me to buy Pokémon Pinball and kept me away from Wrestlemania 2000 🤣

Glad there’s a password system added back in but now to me, it feels a little TOO easy especially since I used to beat it quite a bit as it’s one of the ones that got the most rotation in my Game Boy. However, even WITH patches, nothing will ever make that SNES piece of ***** playable. It’s just trash. If you want a 16 bit Tiny Toons game, play the Genesis game. It’s MILES better and feels more like a true sequel to the NES game.

@Sketcz EXACTLY! I never understood this whole virtue signaling *****, not just with things like this, but also emulators and ROMS. Like you aren’t making the game for sale no more, who gives a ***** if someone downloads it to play it?

@jamess it’s why I’ve spent so much time saving tapes and things and backing them up to a digital format. Because one day, the originals will be gone and in this world where one side is too PC and the other is too puritanical, the censored versions are all that will remain.

Hell, look at for example Wrestlemania III on YouTube, they have the word “midget” muted out…..or Wrestlemania VI which cuts the Piper-Bad News match ENTIRELY because of Piper painting his body half-black. Content warnings abound on Disney+ for a lot of older Disney stuff. It’s getting out of hand…..
