Normally I'd be really disappointed and disgusted by this, but since we actually do get real street fighter games still, I'm just reasonably disappointed and disgusted.
I generally try to support developers, but if the developers don't give us high quality, then I'll play it however I find it best.
A good example of this is Nintendo. I own many Nintendo games in original cart form and digitally, and I think NSO is a terrible sub service with substandard features so I play the games through emulation.
Or the Psikyo collections filled with lag and without save states or basic features. They are actually superior when emulated.
I feel no need to support massive corporations, especially when their products are substandard.
But if a developer (like M2) actually puts in the effort to make it the best possible version, I'll pay top dollar.
This is awesome. Shame it's not the arcade version and no physical. The RayForce S-Tribute port was laggy and it's getting an M2 release next year, so I hope this at least has low input lag.

SEGA of A is still like this
Re: Metal Black S-Tribute Canned For PS4 And Switch
this is hilarious. How did Taito not tell both parties they had the rights to the same games?
Either way, the ACA version is better as it is the superior Arcade version of the game.
Re: So, What's Happening With Earthworm Jim 4?
I find it hard to be surprised about unfulfilled promises coming from Tommy Tallarico anymore.
Re: Random: Did This '80s Furniture Commercial Inspire Super Mario 64?
@Not_Soos a lot of the content here wouldn't be appropriate on NintendoLife.
This has become one of my favourite websites. I definitely recommend adding it to your rotation if you like Arcade/Retro games.
Re: Flashback: Meet The Crazy NES Star Wars Game Inspired By Alex Kidd
I wish licensors would let people go hog wild like this again
Re: Taito's Metal Black Is Coming To PS4 And Switch Next Week

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (October 29th)
Some Darius Gaiden followed, likely, by some Bayonetta 3 and maybe some Silent Hill 2 and Splatter house. We will see how the weekend goes!
Re: Hardware Review: Believe The Hype, Polymega Is The Ultimate All-In-One Retro Machine
Hmm... I'm not entirely convinced. I might just wait for a FPGA version down the line.
Re: The RK2020 Is Another Chinese Handheld Which Aims To Play Absolutely Everything
I'm dying at the prudes in the comments.
It's an emulation device. Chill out. Emulation isn't illegal (and even if it was, don't be a narc).
This looks tight.
Re: Feature: The Making Of Street Fighter Alpha 3: Upper
This is one of the GBA's finest and an excellent portable fighter.
Re: Feature: The Making Of The PC Engine
Also what happened to the Turbo Grafx on 3Ds VC?
Re: Feature: The Making Of The PC Engine
It's sad that Hudson is a shell of its former self due to the Konami takeover...
