@Phara128 Speak for yourself. I don’t exactly miss it, nor have I ever publicly clamoured for it to return, but it was a nice feature and I have fond memories of many parts of it. Collecting the jigsaw puzzle pieces, earning points that could be traded for rare items in Pokémon, being able to visit other people’s homes in Animal Crossing and being able to order rare furniture from their houses… I also remember a few people that I would regularly swap 3D Land and Mario Kart data with, and we would constantly be competing with each other for the best ghost times.

“I never liked/used it” doesn’t mean “everyone else thinks it sucked and must be pretending to like it”.

@Johnny_Arthur Attempting to justify the murder of millions of people throughout Asia by claiming that the murderers were only trying to ‘save them’ is more than disrespectful. I’m not the only user in this comment section that has let that be known.

Also, for the record, I didn’t report any of your comments, in case you think I did. That was either another person (who also felt that your comments were inappropriate), or the staff themselves decided to remove them.

@KingMike I don’t disagree with your point, but in all fairness to @PKDuckman he wasn’t just randomly pointing fingers unprompted. I believe he was just setting the record straight in response to another commenter who is attempting to justify internationally-recognised atrocities.

@Johnny_Arthur I am familiar with that concept. Given that I replied to your comment, I commend your ability to deduce that I do indeed have access to the internet. However, your baseless assumption that I get history lessons from Hollywood films, of all places, says more about you than me I think.

Living in Japan myself, I believe that most people here would also think that your comment is bizarre and unfounded, regardless of where they stand on the political spectrum.

Like, it’s basically the same name. The pun/origin is identical.

Not… really sure I understand why that’s so funny. They changed what translated to Mr. Resetto anyway, to just alter the ending ‘o’ sound to an ‘i’ sound. Am I missing something?

This is one of my favourite albums. I discovered it on YouTube about 17 years ago, and would love to own the CD version. I don’t have a record player, and don’t plan on getting one. I wish they would re-issue the CD version as well!

@Daniel36 They likely do, but don’t care about stuff like this. Also, there are some BS tracks on F-Zero 99 already. Maybe the rest will come later - who knows?

@Damo The header and the creator’s tweet both state ‘8 new custom worlds’, but the article says “Super Mario Bros. Mini includes eight bonus levels”. Is this an error? Or is each world only 1 level?

I got all the Nintendo, Sega, Playstation and Xbox ones. Anything else was a loss.

@_NetNomad Unless I’ve also severely misunderstood for over a decade now, I’m pretty sure the 64DD IS a “then-modern FDS or SEGA CD”. I think the ‘subscription service with online features’ that you’re referring to is Randnet, which required a 64DD to function.

Only played the NES version of the original and Super CV IV (and watched the Netflix series), so I did alright considering that, imo

There were multiple other VAs to voice Toadstool/Peach before Hotel Mario. The anime film and the Super Mario Bros. Super Show immediately come to mind.

I have 3 GBPs, 3 GBCs, a GB and a SGB lying around - that’s a few employees already.
