@Bod2019 Same. My first and only Kickstarter. For awhile I thought it was never coming out. I wrote it off a couple years ago. It's definitely a drag, but we did get monthly updates.
Sucks, but the dude is still an absolute A-hole. I bought something from him, and he has small fine print stating it can take up to 2 weeks for something to ship. I never saw this (yeah probably my fault). He had sent me the wrong item. I ordered a SNES board and he sent an N64 board. I sent him a couple of emails and he replied with a 2 paragraph email full of rage and anger. He told me to keep the item and refunded me stating I'm not allowed to buy anything from his shop because "I can't read". I even sent an email apologizing for that. I posted this story on reddit and it seems he's just this way. I've never in my life experienced that from an indipendent seller.
@rushiosan This is from Retro-Bit who only does physical releases. We don't need every game to be digital, and these companies are trying to keep physical games alive as the publishers don't want to anymore.

@jesse_dylan They stated the ROM will be available to at least backers. I'm not sure if it can be purchased elsewhere.
