Neil Morrison's excellent Pocket Sync tool for the Analogue Pocket has been updated and now allows you to sync your MiSTer saves with your FPGA handheld. So, if you've been playing a game on your TV, you can now transfer your progress across to the more portable of the two systems.

Version 3.0.0 also permits the bulk export and deletion of screenshots and now auto-updates itself, which means you don't have to download the latest version every time a new update is available. Save game backups also happen automatically now, the moment the app is connected to the Analogue Pocket.

There have also been some changes to the app's UI; it now uses a 'newsfeed' approach, so it's easier to see what cores have been updated. There are also various updates and speed fixes to make things run more smoothly.

Of all the auto-update tools available for the Analogue Pocket, Pocket Sync is definitely one of the best – it really does take a lot of the effort out of setting up your device. You can download the latest version here.
