They are trying to steal some thunder from Analogue with the "Pocket" branding. Also calling a modern device a "collectable" is a joke. Its still an emulation console and not an FPGA, so the experience will be subpar, no matter how nice of a CNC case and buttons you put on it. Speaking of buttons, those dont look very comfortable. If you want to sell a premium priced game console for GB era stuff it has to be FPGA to be able to compete.

@UK_Kev Indeed, this company that carries the Atari trademark has absolutely nothing to do with the original company. Its there to milk the brand for the last little bit of value it has left it in... and they are doing a damn good job of destroying the little bit of positive name recognition that was left.

I dont know why but most of the companies in this space like Limited Run Games for example, are just all horrible companies. They try to cash in on nostalgia and always do it in the worst ways possible. Its very sad.
