@Fallingshadow you are assuming that every Arcade Archives game runs on the same emulator which is not the case, for every arcade board they have a different emulator, only the menus are the same between each one
on a livestream where they played ACA2 Tekken Hamster said that technical issues have prevented them from releasing System 11 (the arcade board which Xevious 3D/G and Tekken run on) games on PS4 and Switch and that future System 11 games will also be ACA2 exclusive but will still release ACA games on PS4 and Switch whenever possible

@Fallingshadow that's not the reason, for other 3D Namco arcade games they had help from Namco themselves but for the System 11 games they had no help from them, and that limits their ability to deliver these on all platforms

@mjparker77 this version will have support for a USB mouse and the Joy-Con 2 mouse mode

@gingerbeardman they're working with the original master tapes, so definitely not AI

@IceClimbersMain considering what I've heard about the online play in the ACA 2 Neo Geo I don't think we're missing out on much

one other thing that the Arcade Archives 2 version will have is splitscreen multiplayer, while the Arcade Archives 1 version will be limited to singleplayer, just like Tokyo Wars was
