Watch the interview. it was Peter who brought the Apple Mac into the BBC as "Apple popularised the GUI". Would have made more sense to have had a 1990's PC. But nothing to do with the BBC.
Anybody with an iota of business sense knew that this was going to be an uphill struggle from day 1 as it was niche (vegan food) within a niche (barcade) and looked like it was in the wrong location with stronger established competition nearby. From what I can make out it wasn't ran professionally at all. The opening hours became more and more restricted as time went on and they stopped doing food about halfway in.
