The lag shocked me, as I got used to playing NES carts on my Retro AVS. Pulling up Mario 3 on the Switch one day to 2player with my partner resulted in complete despair. It was nearly unplayable. We ended up just trading off my one nes controller in 1player mode on the AVS rather than suffer the Switch lag.

Hell yeah, if this is as good as the curse of the moon games, we're in for a real treat

@Bobb I think you want Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth, but unfortunately it seems Sega will never put Yakuza games on Nintendo consoles after the failure of their incredibly half-naked Wii U attempt.

I was so baffled leaving the theater opening day. How could they have gotten an FF movie so wrong? I kept thinking. And still do. When I asked my dad (who took me and my brother) what he thought, his response was "the floors [in the theater] were too sticky," so he obviously didn't get very invested in it either.

@RubyCarbuncle sounds like a "you" problem. I can't shred like Jannick Ders but I still play guitar (pretty well). I'm no Roger Federer but I still play in above average local tennis leagues. I'm no mitch flower Power but I still run Mario 3 pretty fast. Are you asking everyone who plays a game at an extremely high level to consider your feelings before they play?

@Poodlestargenerica I don't find people who make dismissive comments like this to be particularly conducive to fun or the advancement of civilization in any meaningful way.

If what I want isn’t readily available on a modern console, I'll find another way to play it.
