Re: Best Xbox 360 Games

I think that Beautiful Katamari was a 360 exclusive? I think that was probably the best entry in the whole series. I also want to mention El Shaddai: Ascension Of The Metatron, which blew me away, but I don't think it was exclusive.

I think that there are a few "defining" titles missing here... Sensible Soccer, Cannon Fodder, Eye Of The Beholder, Hired Guns, Flashback, The Secret Of Monkey Island 2, Arabian Nights, Fire and Ice, Ruff 'n' Tumble, Bubba 'n' Stix... actually, that list could go on and on, come to think of it!!! I guess that licensing issues and available space come into play in the end.

@Damo
I was wary of the reboot, to be honest. Maybe unfairly so! I will most likely just content myself with Crackdown for now. And I am about to receive an Evercade with Xeno Crisis! 😆 I am hoping that will scratch the itch too. Am also wishing for a Midway / Williams collection on the Evercade too, so that we can have Robotron and Smash TV. 😊

EDIT: Quartet 2 sounds interesting, then! Does it have the same music? I loved the music of the original in the arcades.

It's a bit of a gamble, because we currently have no way of knowing which other companies will get on board, or how many new cartridges will be released going ahead... but I am so tempted to pre-order this. I just love the idea of it, and there's already some great games on it. I wonder what the nine carts are exactly, though... I will have to check the website. I am strangely excited by this project.

Ocean had some really amazing game covers... I never realised that just one gentleman was responsible for so many of them. I simply adored the artwork for Rainbow Islands... I still remember seeing the C64 box for the first time. It really stood out on the shop shelves.
