So, the only reason you give to dunk on RA is because the notifications ruined games on PS3, and you couldn't disable them? Not only are is this judging RA because of a totally separate achievement system, but RA provides the ability to disable them, making this an invalid reason to call RA "crap"!
Also, I'm glad I ate my pizza before I looked up the definition of ttongsul instead of after. Isn't it kinda over-the-top to compare players enjoying a system that harms no one to something so abominable? I feel insulted...
Also... don't you think its kind of a stretch to compare cheevos to things such as loot crates or NFTs that ruin games and the environment?
Honestly, considering that it's been months since the article came out, I wasn't gonna bother refuting the other negative comments about RA, but your rant is recent enough for me to feel like countering. Besides, they all have similar arguments to yours, so I'd just be repeating myself.
