@KingMike Unsure if "localized" means the audio is getting dubbed in English, but who knows. Thrilled this is coming out though. Such a fantastic game for the presentation alone.
I share others' suspicion that the FMV cutscenes have been AI upscaled, which was probably the best they could do. I doubt this project had the budget for a proper remaster, and who knows what condition the original assets are in, if they even still exist.
Love that this has been preserved in its (presumably) completed state but can definitely see why it was canceled. By 1999 this would not have impressed any but the most rabid shmup fans.
