Oh, those poor artists, the AI learn art from millions so it's clearly the end of the world. hahaha Artists have had an unfair advantage since most people can't draw, now the playing field is finally fair and we don't have to pay expensive artists to draw what we want, AI is one of the best things to happen to humanity and if it brings whiny tears to the faces of people like Damien McFerran, even better. If consumer crap has to become more expensive as a side effect of the existence of AI then so be it, the benefit of AI is more important than keeping prices low.
