@PALversusNTSC very true. Atari to me was always "the console before I got my first Nintendo" and little else. They never gave me a reason to look back.
Shame because this new console is pretty. Then again, so are a lot of concept art on Deviantart. Even the Joyboy looks cute (if impractical).
Weird question at the end of the article. Nintendo shouldn't be concerned at all, seeing as how all they need to do is focus on their own products and ensure top quality. They already have a massive consumer base, who will choose Nintendo as long as the quality is there. That, and the Atari isn't even comparable to the Switch as it has no portable mode.
