@LowDefAl well, it is better than nothing. Now your Mister device can play a bunch of games it couldn’t previously have. I mean let’s say an unaided human developer came out with an 80% working core of a new system. Would your immediate reaction be that’s completely useless?
@NoirConceit there’s more than one reason you might buy one. A low-power, low-latency solution is just kind of cool. And realistically FPGA is still code and isn’t inherently more accurate, and MAME cores have historically been a reference point.
