Physical media is already dead. Modern console manipulate the physical game. The last console generation with real physical games was the ps2, wii, Xbox. What are yall gonna do in 2040 when Sony eliminates the ability to play PS5 discs once they have control and can force you to buy it again digitally? You don't think they can? Mark my words, they will. Cherish the NES thru Wii generations, it was the one and only Golden Age....
