Re: After Almost A Decade, SegaMags Becomes 'The Gaming Newsagent'

@DeciderVT I am on X and Instagram as well. I have set up a website for The Gaming Newsagent but haven't done anything with it yet.

SegaMags will focus on featuring UK Sega Magazines going forward and The Gaming Newsagent will be the business side.

I am at a fair few gaming events and markets this year in the UK if you are UK based. Always happy to chat Magazines.

@slider1983 It's a quirky story if nothing else.

A chap called Matt and myself formed SegaMags with a quest to collect every single UK Sega magazine that was ever published, over 630 would you believe!

We believe we are only around 10-15 away from completion.

We had to aquire some in bundles which then meant selling duplicates. I actually enjoyed doing this far too much on the gaming circuit so turned it into a business using the same name, as that was how we were known.

We now sell new gaming books alongside retro gaming magazines so have outgrown the name on the business side, hence the upcoming name change which will definitely reflect better what is on sale.
