Re: Final Fantasy Tactics Was Originally An RTS, And Here's What It Almost Looked Like

You guys are all talking about Unicorn Overlord when it's not even NEARLY the same studios and Unicorn Overlord got that ENTIRE set up of team comps and characters based on classes from Soul Nomad and the World Eaters, a game that was ALSO produced by NIS, but this doesn't look like either. If you've ever seen Valkyrie Profile (Lenneth, not Silmeria) than you just take the buttons for who is attacking out move the health bars and boom same combat screen, I wouldn't be surprised if it was called an rts because you had an active map to move around and when you ran into an enemy combat started...just like in Valkyrie Profile, all in all it would have been fine but SquareSoft was probably NOT about to let that happen to their beloved final fantasy and an upcoming or already released new IP.
