Update []: OneXPlayer has shown off its transforming OneXSugar handheld and has confirmed that it will be running the shiny new Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 gaming platform.

Original Story: We've already seen the interesting AYANEO Flip DS imitate Nintendo's iconic DS handheld, and now rival firm OneXPlayer is getting in on the action.
The company has just teased the OneXSugar, an Android-based dual-screen handheld. Details are thin on the ground, but we do know that it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset – most likely the Snapdragon G3x Gen 2, which is found in the AYANEO Pocket S and AYANEO Pocket DMG.
The trailer is quite vague and doesn't show off the whole device, but it would seem the OneXSugar will be a little more versatile than Nintendo's console.
For example, the brief footage shows that one of the screens can be rotated, and that the left and right sides of the system – which house the controls – also rotate. This appears to suggest that you can transform the OneXSugar from a dual-screen system to a single-screen handheld.
OneXPlayer hasn't revealed a release date or price for this device, but given the high price AYANEO is charging for similarly-powered handhelds, you can expect it to be between $300 and $500.

No doubt it'll be probably expensive & it won't have a STYLUS...to boot.
You know, I wonder if that is why the Switch 2 is said to have magnetic joycons …
@QuarterSwede Why?
@RetroGames No good way to play DS games as they were meant to be played on a horizontal screen. Slap the joycons on the top and bottom rotate 90° and now you have a vertical system great for NDS and Schmups.
10000th emulation handheld device on the market. If not AYN, Retroid, Anbernic then OneXPlayer. Playing the same games over and over and over again. If not for Nintendo, Sony, Sega and others, there literally wouldn't be a reason for them to exist. Wasting resources to make the same device in a new case every month, they should be punished for making e-wastes.
@QuarterSwede And interesting take. I don't think the Switch 2 has that feature based on the leaks, but ya never know. I would love for them to have the stereoscopic 3D without glasses as well, but that's looking like another no go.
I've had a £1000 onexplayer windows handheld which had the worst dpad I've ever used. This appears to be a trend with the brand.
The build of windows was massively unstable too with frequent random crashes. The whole thing was a massive let down.
@KociolekDoSyta How about mobile phones being replaced yearly? Surely that's the issue. This is a cottage industry in comparison.
@X68000 Not even yearly, look at Android market. Quick, get the new model and don't have time to have fun with the one you bought a year or a couple of months ago.
This looks like if Soundwave turned into a portable video game console instead of a tape deck.
@Razieluigi Transformers toy that transformed from a handheld. https://boonsartshop.com/product/transformers-movie-real-gear-robots-power-up-vt6-100-complete-2007-hasbro/
Wheres the dpad?
that's possibly the worst looking handheld I've ever seen in my entire life 😳
@Null2
"Transformers toy that transformed from a handheld."
that is a "10 concept, 2 execution" if I've ever seen one! 😂✌️
Another facepalm moment from onexplayer.
