This is a petition for avoiding the removal of video games. It could change everything and stop every gamer's worries, because most games are sold worldwide. The only thing that is demanded is being able to keep playing the games you have bought. The video explains all the details.

If we continue to buy physical we win. The problem is everyone is cool downloading AAA titles. Sad, really.

Retro-Replay.com is my pet project. But really I just like retro games and making friends who feel the same way.

@dmb062082 There are reason why people prefer digital to physical. One convince. I dont have run out to a store to buy a copy and then find out the store is sold out or didnt get their shipment in. I dont have to wait for a package to be delivered if I order online and hope that some scummy porch pirate doesn't steal it. It could get lost in the mail or delayed for some reason. If I buy it digitally I can play it right away.

Two, space. Let's be honest physical games take up space. As someone who doesnt have alot of space I prefer digital over physical . If I am done with a game I can delete it from my drive and have room for another game then if I want to replay the game later on all I have to do is reinstall it. Its not going to take up space on a shelf collecting dust.

For some.people digital just is the better option then physical.

@Tasuki Well, I do not see anything wrong with digital. My kids go that route mostly. The problem is, the only thing that can kill physical is a demand for digital, which is happening. It literally ends the ability to collect and own physical games, a MASSIVE hobby for many of us. The good news is companies like LRG will always exist. Even when all of the systems stop shipping with disc drives, and stop selling physical games, companies like LRG will still publish PC games we can use on our gaming rigs. And for that, I suppose, that will be the only gaming I do, or at least purchase.
