@makankosappo The vast majority of CRT TV's are 15kHz only, VGA is technically RGBHV if you want to split hairs, support for 31kHz on CRT's is mostly limited to VGA monitors which is not everyone's preference to play Dreamcast on. This does both so you can play the game across all your setups regardless of video cable.

Secondly, the patch also brings 60Hz VGA+RGB for the first time to Spanish/French/German language players without desyncs. Japanese_cake's original 60Hz patch doesn't address any of the PAL optimizations.
So now Lat. Am. players for example don't have to deal with 50Hz, audio desyncs or animation timing issues.
