@RootsGenoa emulators aren't illegal. Never have been, never will be. Only obtaining roms for games you don't own is illegal, so if you rip your own, you're fully free to play them on emulators.
Is it just the music people are going nuts for? Because the gameplay looks like Bubsy (aka really bad). The music sounds nice but imo kind of out of place, but I know that's kind of the modus operandi for Euro games. Which came out first between this and Bubsy? I'm seeing maybe 1993 for both but I'm not sure.
