@Kenoddis The Neo Geo MiSTer core that this is supposedly based on is pretty much all the work of Furrtek. He die traced the original chips and engineered pretty much the entire core himself. I think Jotego only contributed towards the sound chip because he had already been working on the same Yamaha FM family of chips used in various other systems as well as the Neo Geo.
@Jrs1 I have plenty of shmups on PlayStation although for some I have had to rely on imports, especially for the absolutely essential M2 ShotTriggers releases. For multiplatform releases I tend to opt for the PlayStation over Switch as it has less input lag in general (the dock adds a frame or two for some reason). On Switch I have the four LiveWire Cave games, Crimzon Clover and Radiant Silvergun but that’s it.
