People, don't be so quick to blame. No one has ever said that Sonic was created entirely by Yuji Naka. The creation of Sonic is a group effort of several people. The original art, its translation into pixel art, animation and gameplay. Yuji Naka is certainly one of the creators of the Sonic character and has contributed to what sonic is now. He is also one of the most important people for the Sonic games. (both 2D and those for Dreamcast which are 3D)
At any job there will always be bad feelings (they worked under pressure), gossip, and people who don't like other people.
