From my perspective it looks solid, but let's be honest, for how simple and old the hardware inside is, it is very expensive.
And yes it is cool, I would like to get it but considering I live in the EU, that makes the price much more steep (above €200 euro easily with taxes, import fees, shipping).
Fun device, probably solid made, but expensive for what is inside.
