@Adarmagli unless they paid sony for the rights to the design yes they did. Only original creators not working off of copyrighted designs without paying have a right to bitch. Can't say the rules only apply to you and not Sony. You believe in them or you dont.
Even those that dont sell the designs but use them on social media can still be viewed as value gained. Its much easier to gain recognition to increase your own value with popular copyrighted work. Its the risk you take when choosing to make something based on a design you didnt create.
Its like stealing from the grocery store and complaining that another thief jumped you for your groceries in the parking lot. You either think the whole copyright thing is ***** which is a valid opinion or you dont and you dont use another companies stuff. Very hypocritical of these artists honestly.
