@Razieluigi we've had them since 2011 (at the time it was developped to run the indie game Pier Solar, but it also runs Super Street Fighter II and Earthion). Mitsurugi_w from Aracde Projects sells the cartridge without the ROM.
@WileyDragonfly it happened on day 1, was shared on Discord. Mitsurugi_w from Arcade Projects sells such cartridges with custom mapper (without the ROM you'll have to find yourself).
