Topic: Amiga, Total Units Sold Worldwide.

Ahoy ( Stuart Brown) has figured out how many Amiga's Commodore sold.
And I figured people here might be interested in it.

All in all its under 5 million.
Which is less then expected , by me at the very least.
But I am not really au fait with the Amiga as is.

Not too surprised by this. They certainly sold more in UK/EU than in the US. I still like to think of things in the PC space could be so very different if the Amiga had sold better and moved into the era of hardware accelerated 3D. Sad to say, we might end up in the same place we are now. But the time before would have been really interesting.
