@gingerbeardman problem is for all its sprite pushing prowess the neo geo can't do anything else, it's a rather limited piece of hardware. The Amiga and ST are a lot more versatile and can do a lot more in terms of effects. It's all 2D smoke and mirrors here.
@HoyeBoye You'd have to make one but from what I understand the Saturn control ports have the same electrical connections as the MD, but in a different connector format. As in, you can wire a Saturn mouse to the MD if you put the right connector on the end.
