I'd love it if most of these games got a Steam port for worldwide release with local split screen multiplayer. I've only ever played the Saturn port on my Saturn (the soundtrack was amazing).
Did any of the ports of VO ever succeed in translating the controls well to modern dual stick controllers?
A release of the Saturn original, the 360 update, and the GBA game too would do me just fine (with QoL updates & features) if it were to pave the way for a new game in the series.
I really enjoyed the doco. I only found Game Sack earlier this year. I have no idea why Youtube never recommended it to me. I find it a wonderful channel.
I've done a binge watch of the whole channel over the last few months. I rate it highly. Joe holds his own as a host, but I do enjoy the older episodes with Dave, even if some of their interactions felt a bit forced, that was part of the charm & they knew it & ran with it. The ending skits & running gags are classic once you get a feel for the kind of humour Joe (and earlier, Dave) likes to do.
