Australian band Yellowbird released 2 records using Music and Music 2000! They did a kind of electro-punk thing overlaying stuff made in those games with noisy guitars and vocals. They had some decent radio play and did heaps of shows 2006-2012. I couldn't find their first one 'Songs About Girls and Revolutions', but the album 'More Or Less The Same' is on spotify: https://open.spotify.com/album/58oM4CqVSeDZdegsomnwBD?si=RloiG5c9Q3mQ05ziPilitg&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A58oM4CqVSeDZdegsomnwBD

MTV actually licensed one of their songs to promote a credit card here in Aus: https://youtu.be/0hThn1JKCrA?si=4xCfnXd-JgfJSByH
