@gingerbeardman It's really very simple - they're okay if you're using AI in ways that don't hurt them, by using AI to do research or help you figure out how something is working.
They're not okay with using AI in ways that cause them to spend their own human time fixing your AI slop.
If you submit your work, let it be work you've personally vetted, whether AI was involved in the creation or not. That's it, in a nutshell.
