They dont seem to realise, when starting a new business you rarely make a profit in the first year, usually by the third one if you arent seeing a profit then its a waste. Trying to have a "Community space" is fine and all, but they really need to think about having cash coming in to pay for it all
Having backers from all over is great and that, but how often is someone from miles away going to nip in? You need a bunch of local trade and I dont think anybody is planning a holiday to Norwich
