But, mixing your political whimpers with business never ends well. The one area some people can't seem to think rationally is the political realm. Burning everything down because something doesn't align with your political views seems like a serious mental problem.

I'm sure the legal threat is actually from Nintendo against Sega, and Sega has been forced to take action to avoid legal action.
I'm not sure why Nintendo has to always take things to this level.
